facebook problem..cannot access pages, security?

Help, I am unable to access messages, upload photos etc on my facebook pages..
At bottom left of screen i get note "s static ac"
cannot see anywhere on fb site to contact them...
anyone any ideas please?

Have you cleared your cache? Deleted temp files etc?0

Still having problems with facebook access, cannot use chat, open account to check security settings, no access to message function.
I get a message at bottom of screen...
"waiting for s-static.ak.facebook.com"
Mr.Average, -Yes all temporary files, cookies etc cleared. Norton security running, but never had any problem previously
