will someone pls help me know what these diagnostics mean?

Does it mean my dongle is faulty? or that any wireless signal i try will be faulty? or what?

Im on a 3 dongle, but if this terrible service will continue even if i go on real wireless broadband, should i take the netbook back as faulty?

Please help me on this.
