Section 75 Claim - Barclaycard paid and then revoked

in Credit cards
I am posting on behalf of my mum and auntie.
They booked to go on a coach trip with a well known coach company who have now gone bust.
They paid £150 on a Barclaycard credit card.
The company has gone into liquidiation and hence their trip was cancelled.
They have been written to by the Administrators advising them of this.
They called Barclaycard and informed them of the situation, and within a few days Barclaycard refunded the balance to my Aunties credit card.
However last week Barclaycard revoked the refund, and wrote my auntie a letter advising her that they are not liable under section 75 unless they can prove that the retailer did not fulfill their obligations under the section 75 ruling.
What do they need to do in this event?

What has happened to the original company? was it purchased by someone else and have the new company agreed to take on old customers?
If yes then they might still get their holiday.
If not get a letter from the administrators confirming the company went bust.0
