Hi everyone,
Was just wondering if I have a case here before I annoy virginmoney. I bought a couple of jumpers from an internet clothing company that arrived damaged. I sent them back by recorded delivery expecting a refund. That was 10 weeks ago and no refund. Ive tried contacting them by email, phone, and sent letters to no evail. The items cost £70 in total. The company now seems to have gone bust.
Any advice would be welcome.
Thanks

You can do a chargeback as this is covered by the credit card and you have also returned the goods.0

S75 cover is not applicable here because the goods cost less than £100 so a chargeback is your only option.
