Got 35k what do i do with it?

Ok il been saving etc and im due a bonus from army. Now i already got a house which im overpaying the max on before charges occur.


35k plus will be sat in a account doing nothing for 3 years till my fixed rate ends and then i can smash the 35k onto mortage. What shall i do with it in the mean time?????

Iv thought of getting another house and renting it out but is it really worth it?? When i can use this lump and with my overpayment il be mortage free before i hit 27! (No im not spoilt got my house from many OP tours and mum making me save)
