Are these things real wood?

Yes, I think it is oak wood but the marks are dreadful and looks dreadful also the cracks why do they appear. The guy from M&S bring a box of tool with him but my granddaughter said that she want her money back as the units are not fit for purpose.
The guy M&S that pays to do this work for them can say and do as he like becasue he is the only person that does this work for them and report seems to be takes as gospel.
Surely cracks should not keep appeaing on the units. units is on the link below :mad:
