Hey Peeps,

wonder if you can help me. I claimed for unfair PPI's over a year ago now. After much tooing & froing they finally agreed to pay me £600 - which was no where near the whole amount. However, since then , not only have they increased my card limit but are also still charging me for payment protection.

Now I am not asking for a refund of money that I have spent as obviously that is down to me, but do I have the right to go back & reclaim for unfair PPI???

Like everyone, I have been cold called by countless claim companies who promise you the world....which i avoid!!! Why should I pay them when am able to do this myself, but really just want some advice as to where I stand.

Hi there, you could send a reclaim letter to the cc company and ask for ppi to be taken off your card, and a refund of the ppi you have paid to date. Did you win mis sell last time with ppi on this ?,if you did then you should tell them this, and that they should have removed the ppi from your card at that time and if they do not correct this and refund you will take this to fos.
