goldfish bank where are they????

hi am trying to find details of my goldfish loan i had several years ago now.
i have no paperwork regarding this account eg numbers on bank statments.
i know goldfish credit card is now barclaycard but they have no information about this loan, is there anywhere i can find out please..
i wish to claim back any PPI i had with this loan as it was for £20,000.
please anyone help meeeeee....

they are only required to hold records for 6 years, so probably have no details of it anymore. If you dont, then its dead in the water already.

BTW goldfish were bought by Lloyds TSB.

It's Barclaycard you need to claim from, they're the current owners.

They'll go back 6 year but if you have the info such as statements they'll refund what you show.
