I hate ntl. They have shown for years that they don't care about their customers. What angers me the most is when the tv blacks out for hours and you can't get in touch with anyone because it is after hours for them. You get no explanation nor apology nor money back for the lack of service.
I hate them a little bit more than BT.0 -
Descartesmum, we had the same problem and switched our television service to Sky, at least when that goes off for hours you can generally get through to someone and get some money back.0
