Should not the title be "Bloody Bank"?
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

If you bank with Natwest, there's a number that staff can ring to find out why a card payment was declined.
Anything that I do say, is strictly my opinion :p

Are you honestly saying that you don't track your bank account closer than £350, yet you think you've got a bit extra for the weekend? I'm coming on one of your nights out!

When i make a payment i check the required amount shows as unavailable funds, which it did, i had no reason to check whether it was never paid & "reversed" or whatever it is they do, Natwest have said this amount was requested twice from santander so they stopped the payment as they did not request it correctly. Don't know what that means but that's all they said, i'll call santander again see if they can process the payment correctly this time.

your invitation is in the post:D
