Should I try again?

I've had my house on market twice before and took it off market last September after having it on for a year, with only a few viewers and one offer.
I also took house off market because I couldnt see anything in the area to move too
Now a house just around the corner from me has been dramatically dropped in price and is well within budget for me.
Just dont know if I can cope with trying to sell again, I have young children, which means its hard to keep house tidy and presentable for viewings and Im not a patient person I find it hard to forget house is on market
Any advice?

From dim and distant memory, I thought you were equally fed up with the lack of space, etc..
Make a pros and cons list and let it lead to a decision.Act in haste, repent at leisure.

Yes I am just the thought of trying to sell again with the current market its a nightmare, I was thinking possibly it would be all about the price and put it on as competitively as possible?0 -
In any market price is important, more so now. Price aggressively and you SHOULD get interest.
Regarding having no patience.... selling is a waiting game so suggest you work on that

But this now means you aren't in a strong position to put in an offer on the other property as you aren't proceedable.
Whereas if you had persisted, and managed to sell, you could have moved into rented accommodation in readiness for making an offer on a property, you'd have been coveted as a proceedable buyer with a deposit to hand and no chain.0 -

I know, kicking myself but at the time I had to take the house of the market as it was really starting to affect me.
Hubby says there is no point putting house back on the market just for this one house.
The house we like has been knocked down in price again and is terrific for the price so more than likely will be snapped up very soon:(0 -
