My husband bought a gaming keyboard from a company selling within Amazon. It was selling at the time for £25.99. The original price was £59. odd
The keyboard arrived but it was not the pro keyboard he ordered. Went to check his order and they had now realised there mistake and upped the price back to £59 and sent my hubby the lower model hoping he would not notice.
Can they by law do this or do they have to sell my hubby the one he odered at the price showing at the time?

They should not have sent the lower model. You will have to send it back (at their, not your, expense) and ask them to send the correct model ordered. If they don't then Amazon may have some way of complaining about dealers? They may not necessarily give you the model you requested though, you may end up with just the refund (get them to give you postage return costs too, as its their fault, they have to pay - That is postage to you, and postage back to them!)

Contact the seller and give them the opportunity to put things right. You have not received the goods that you paid for so I would file a claim through Amazon, if the seller isn't willing to do anything. This way, you get a refund and you might get to keep the keyboard they sent (you can use it as a spare or your hubby can pass it onto a friend!).
