I recently went ahead and bought a Secrets of Hearts bracelet from this site. 4 installments of 24.99.
The Bracelet was so long winded in coming that I decided to cancel the order.
I emailed them 3 time via there website with no response. In the end I rang to cancel. Mind you they had already taken the 1st months payment + the postage. I was then assured that the order was cancelled.
Next week the Bracelet arrived.
I returned this promptly with all the gumph that was needed and sent it back Special Delivery on the 18th February 2011.
I have rang them twice now regarding a refund. I am getting no joy and loads of excuses. Where do I go now?
