Sale Survey - Minor Mortar Cracking

We've sold our house, and the surveyor will soon be round to do the homebuyers report....
the only minor concern I've got is a minor bit of exterior mortar cracking where our conservatory (installed before our time in 2003) meets the house. We were looking at part exchange originally and a builder came round to value the house, and highlighted it to us but said it was a minor issue - but something that may get flagged in any eventual survey if we sold seperately to the part ex deal.
there are on internal cracks, no dampness etc so I dont think water is penetrating - therefore is this likely to be regarded as a major issue and more importantly, if we have to fix it how much would it cost? (and would it be better just to negotiate a sale discount given the pain of getting tradesman out to do it)
any thoughts appreciated....
