Amazon Product Misrepresentation

I have purchased a product for £28.99 from Amazon this is from a third party market place supplier. I have the confirmation of the product from Amazon, i have the despatch confirmation from Amazon with all the correct details of the order and it has been debited from my account. The despatch confirmation from the supplier is a totally different item! but has all the details of my amazon order correct. I have checked the product details and have screen shots of the item and price and on investigation the products i have ordered from the supplier are a lot more expensive than on the amazon website, over £100 per item more! I contacted the supplier and they have told me it has been a mis-price and description fault by amazon. Where do i stand?

If there's a mistake in the listing then you can cancel the order or return it (if it's arrived).

Have you received the goods - if so, then great. If not then they can refund ... as I suspect contract is not formed until goods dispatched.
