7dayshop broken item more than 12 months old

Hi all,
I've got a broken microsd memory card that is 2 years old.
It has a lifetime warranty.
Emailed 7dayshop and their generic email says I should contact
manufacturer if the item is more than 12 months old.
Looked at Transcend website and they say contact retailer.
(and I couldn't see how to contact Transcend on their website!)
Anyone been in this position?
How good are 7dayshop with regard to returns?

Not sure which Transcend website you were looking at, but try this. Don't click the RMA link, that seems to be the bit you were looking at which said contact the supplier. This will probably be a lot easier.

Update - I decided it was simpler to go via 7dayshop direct.
They gave me a freepost address to send the card back and sent me a replacement
a week or so later.
