Chill factore code not working?

Hi all,
Just received the newsletter email and have seen the 2-4-1 code for the chill factore. I have tried booking it but it says the code is invalid?
Has anyone else tried and had the same problem?
Never been before and really wanted to try it out!

I assume it's the tube/luge code that didn't work as it didn't work for me either. BUT if you slightly amend the code to MSLT it now works!!
