Natwest Phone Banking ?

Hii all i just wanted to ask few questions i made a transfer of £950 on the phone, they told me the money will be in the receiving account tomorrow i just logged in to my internet banking and it says.

  • Payment date 9 Mar 2011
  • Status: Actioned
  • Payment information : The payment has been actioned. The payment date is the date the money leaves your account. The funds should normally reach the payee's account on the same day.
the money has not left my account yet.?

    If its the first time the payment is being sent to the recipient actionline will dairise the payment to leave the account tomorrow.
