I've not tried doing it via Facebook but I know that emailing the recommendation works as I did it last night. You just need to enter your friend's email address - they'll receive an email and can easily join and buy the deal from following the link in the email.

Hope you find a way that works for you

As far as I'm aware the credit is for referrals - if your Mum used your referral link to buy the Body Shop deal you'd have got a £6 credit. I don't think they hand them out for buying deals, but let us know how you get on just in case;)

Hi all,

I have just bought the £9 for £20 spend ASOS deal on Groupon and was hoping to use it to buy a gift for my other half today but I have had nothing through!

I paid using Paypal about an hour ago and got a transaction receipt from Paypal and email confirmation from Groupon too, which said they'd send the voucher email through seperately but so far nothing!

I have sent them a message but don't expect a reply any time soon!

Hope it's not one big con, I've never used Groupon before so a little worried!

Has anyone else that bought this deal got their code through? How long did it take?

It's fine. Lots of us got The Body Shop deal. I think once they've sold a certain amount of them they activate the vouchers to be printed off. Just keep checking your account. I got the BS one 2 days after paying.
