in Credit cards
A friend of mine has done a balance transfer in the past but wants to make a claim under section 75, who does he claim against , his previous credit card provider or his existing one?

The previous one.
I can't see how the current card issuer can possibly be liable for any services provided via the previous card issuer's agreement.0
