vodafone no longer dropping tarriffs???

it is very irritating mandyl i get fed up of being screwed over by companies they seem to make up their own rules when they want and to suit them, unfair that the consumer always get mucked about

Apologies for hopping in an hijacking!

Jenny from Vodafone - I've also phoned Vodafone Customer Service a week or two ago - I have been told by one person that I can drop my tariff - by doing so on-line (I really can't see where or how I can do that!), and by another person that I can't drop tariffs. Could I please email your team too?
