Confused - What is the difference between these Brake Pads?

Hey guys,
We have a Toyota Yaris D4D (2008). The front discs/pads need replacing.
I stuck the Vehicle Registration into the appropriate field on the eurocarparts website and the following link shows three different types of pads produced by the same manufacturer (Pagid) at separate prices.

My question - what the heck is the difference between the £29.99 and £39.99 pads? Is there any advantage of me purchasing the most expensive over the least expensive?
Akebobo, ATE, with ABS - what the heck does that mean?
The Yaris has ABS so can I just get the cheapest ones and be sweet?
The same confusion lies with the discs.

They are all different.
First one is for brakes made by Akebono without a wear warning light.
Second is for ATE manufactured brakes.
Third is for vehicles with ABS.
Best to take yours off and compare.0 -
The Middles ones are for a different caliper to the others looking at the sizes.
The Other 2 the sizes appear the same.... So not 100% sure really.0 -

That's what I thought!!
Should I just go with the one's that say "With ABS" as I know my vehicle does have ABS?0 -
Yes, almost certainly.

First and third are the same size.
The more expensive one mentions the wear sensor isn't there.
Before buying any, make sure the size is right for your car.
You need to know the makers of your current brake system before buying.0 -

It also has a restriction of "Japanese"0 -

Maybe not on models produced for sale in different countries. (I've no idea if this is the case, simply an idea).0 -
