Also, should be getting a bit extra in paypacket due to personal tax allowance increase (although will lose a bit due to NIC increase!). Depending on how much it is, I plan to divvy it up between paying more off CCs and perhaps have an evening out once a month!

Curses! Forgot the last couple of paydays included backpay to last August for HUGE 0.4% payrise so was actually down this payday , even taking into account tax increase.

Might have to recombobulate credit card debt-free date back up to 2015 due to aforementioned not-as-well-off-as-I-thought-I-was pay packet disappointment (bah etc.). Need to decide if carry on paying as I'd planned and go into overdraft a few months down the line or reduce payments on credit cards - although still overpaying.

decisions, decisions. need to go off and think.

On the home front - OH and I had a nice clean up downstairs (as in the downstairs of our house, not our own personal 'downstairs' IYSWIM :rotfl:) over the weekend and I cleaned the downstairs windows and washed the nets. just the bedrooms to do next weekend.

was nice to be able to see through the windows

After consulting spreadsheet, have decided to carry on with payments & overpayments as they are now, until the end of the year, even though it will send me into overdraft territory. Have got 2 credit cards which run out of 0% in October and November, so will revisit situation in September - I think.....

Following a good night's sleep, the above has now changed! (I should go into politics with all this u-turning). Decided I didn't want to go into overdraft territory if possible, so will overpay a bit less than I do now.

Having re-re-recombobulated spreadsheets, I find that my new DF date - including the Mortgage - will be July 2014 and that's if I don't find a new 0% home for the cards.
Not as bad as I'd expected.

    Onwards & downwards........:)

Right, finally got my head sorted (ish) and I have 38 paydays to my predicted cc debt-free date of July 2014. This is assuming I leave them all where they are and don't move them when the 0% runs out. AND assuming they will revert to 18%.

So, taking the above into account, cards will be finished thusly:

    Virgin - - - - - -0% ends Nov 2011 - last payment 8th Apr 2012
    Barclaycard -- -0% ends May 2012 - last payment 4th Jul 2014
    Santander - - - 0% ends Oct 2011 - last payment 5th Jun 2014

of course, if I can bag a couple of new 0% deals.............
