Always nice to have some good news!
I did an online shop with Tesco a couple of weeks ago and as I was putting it away I realised that I had forgotten to use the extra points vouchers that I was sent with my Clubcard statement recently. I was really annoyed as I had actually purchased the qualifying products, so I e-mailed them through their website, had a phonecall the next day to confirm the details and the points have been added to my account.
I know it's not exactly nobel-worthy, but it does demonstrate a level of customer service which you wouldn't expect from the complaints on these boards so I thought I would share my tale of success.

I guess these extra points translate as a few pennies in reality. Big woof from Tesco.
They are going downhill rapidly in my opinion.0
