H.P Tech support

Hi,
Has anyone got a working email link to H.P. technical support, I have just spent an hour trying to get the answer to a simple printer Question and cannot get anywhere. What an awful company to do business with.
regards
The question was how do I reset the printer ink level indicator after fitting a new HP cartridge, just in case anyone knows.

I've never bothered trying to get in touch with them. Have you looked at the troubleshooting section on their website?

The ink level will be reset when the printer detects the new cartridge.
However if you are refilling, or using refurbished cartridges you may have problems.
    What printer is it?

As above it would help if you told us the model of your printer.

HP used to have fantastic support, but they appear to have looked at other companies and decided that it's not worth it, so they downsized and offshored support, and it all went to pot.
