I reckon they not claimed because as daft as it may sound, probably in their mind know they not going to get anything back, didnt want to join the fight and went down another path to sort their debts. I also wonder if there is anyway possible that after all this time, some of that 734 are not aware of whats been going on, highly unlikely though..

Maybe they are baffled by the lingo and haven't kept any back up information.
If they sent everything off to DCM (as we were all told) and didn't keep copies they may not feel they have proof.

There must be SOMETHING in records somewhere I would have thought.

I couldn't open the file that came with the email..again.
I mailed them and they said they will contact me by post in future.

Here a bit of MATHS for HJS. Must have gone to the same school as the wasters from DCM

Now Shaney and I put some figure together in April.

We reckoned that 6 - 8 Million hs gone missing using back of a fag packet calcs (we didnt have as much information as our friends .... at HJS)

    Here we go

306 people put claims in for £1.8million

Thats an average of nearly £5,900 per person.

    Right

734 people havent claimed now if you use the figure of £5,900

That means the value of these people equates to £4,330,600

    add back £1,800,000

    Total gone missing £6,130,600.

NOT BEING FUNNY BUT WHY THE **** DID WE GIVE YOU £25K ONLY FOR YOU TO ADD UP ALL THE LOANS THAT SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN LOANED, AND SAY THATS HOW MUCH IS MISSING. £2.3MILLION MY !!!!. THAT REPORT WAS VALUE FOR MONEY NOT!!!!!!!!!

NOW YOU HAVE GIVEN ANOTHER USELESS REPORT, NOTHING MORE THAN IT SHOULD RIGHT ABOUT NOW GIVE YOU AN IDEA YOUR FIRST CRACK AT HOW MUCH HAS GONE MISSING WAS EVER SO SLIGHTLY WRONG.

NOW HERES A QUESTION HOW MUCH MONEY NEEDS TO GO MISSING BEFORE IT IS WRONG.

    £1, £10, £100, ........£1,000,000 HERE WE HAVE OVER £6MILLION MISSING.

IF WE WERE TO ROB A BANK FOR THIS AMOUNT OF MONEY I DOUBT WE WOULD GET TO THE END OF THE STREET.

    SO.......

MR HALL WHERE IS THE ******* POLICE!!!!

    Sorry Fermi

The report into directors conduct is Private and confidential. Dont know why we all know what has gone on.

In any case why should it be. If they havent done anything wrong what have they got to hide.

The only reason why this is the case is that IF the BSI decide not to do anything they can be held to account for their lack of action.

So far we been shafted by DCM looks like HJS are seeing how much more we can take, cos lets face it £25k (sorry £90k they only got £25k tho) what the hell were they doing for that kind of money any idiot could have added the value of loans they were not allowed to make up.

Come on BSI dont let us down, wait a minute its the government they like gravy trains so we all know where this is going, they gona shaft us like the rest.

Oh yes they love the gravy train as long as they are on it and it seems plenty of others are in front of us in the queue too.

    The Freedom of Information Act

The right to see a wide range of public information
The Freedom of Information Act gives you the right to ask any public body for all the information they have on any subject you choose. Unless there’s a good reason, the organisation must provide the information within 20 working days. You can also ask for all the personal information they hold on you.
Everyone can make a request for information – there are no restrictions on your age, nationality, or where you live.
You can ask for any information at all - but some information might be withheld to protect various interests which are allowed for by the Act. If this is case, the public authority must tell you why they have withheld information.
Public sector bodies covered by the Act

The Act applies to public bodies including:
    • government departments and local assemblies
    • local authorities and councils
    • health trusts, hospitals and doctors’ surgeries
    • schools, colleges and universities
    • publicly funded museums
    • the police
    • non-departmental public bodies, committees and advisory bodies

The Office of Fair Trading has withdrawn the licence of more than 60 debt management companies. they say that some are offering bad advice and others are levying unfair charges for their service on people already under a great deal of financial pressure.

Right so at the time of issuing 129 warnings there was 250No debt firms. After shutting down 60 of these there would be 190 remaining yet current debt management companies are now at greater levels than that before by 110.

I wonder if within this value 110 there are some of the 60 shut down just under a different name.

The OFT has stringent test, dont make me laugh mate you gave DCM a licence didnt you.

and you continualy monitor umm no you dont, or not as you should otherwise you would have picked up companies like DCM a LOT sooner that you did when the insolvency service was informed of their administration.
