I don't use firefox and never have, but have always trusted IE and have installed and been using version 7 for a few weeks now. I think it is very good. It looks sleeker and has more built in security and ease of use then previous versions. If you are happy with firefox, then you should stay with it, but if you like the IE layout and things, then make a switch. You can always revert back and it isn't a massive download so you won't be wasting lots of your time or bandwidth.0

I installed IE7 about two weeks ago and at first it was great - few days later my outlook express crashed and then a few days later Norton stopped working and the last thing to go was that my windows wouldnt update - kept getting message that files had been 'unregistered'....needless to say last night i uninstalled IE7 and am now back to IE6......'Normal' is a dryer setting.0

My 2 penneys worth is this .
ie 7 is better then ie 6 by miles
if Fire fox is to your taste then stick with it as the fox rocks .However
Opera rocks in a faster more secure way .
Its all down to taste.0 -
I would stick with the fox!!! IE7 is still a bit buggy in my opinion. My brother had to reinstall it due to a problem with being unable to reset window sizes due to me running the windows magnifier accessory!!!
I suspect in a month or two most of these bugs will have been busted

An interesting debate.
I work in IT. At home I use Firefox 2 and in work IE6.
I've trialled IE7 at home and found some annoying glitches. Firefox and Opera are not without their own problems too however.
I'm a firm believer in "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". If IE6 is working fine, I don't really see a massive need to upgrade yet. Hang on for a couple of months to see how it settles down then give it a go.0 -

That link will appear if you skipped past a few simple questions and hastily plunge straight in, I suggest a reinstall that will fix it, and whilst installing dont look for updates.0
