Fix manhole

Had to lift the manhole cover on my concrete drive. It looks like the original cover was a 2.5t pedestrian cover. The frame has split and on removal all the concrete anchoring the cover has broken off and fallen down the hole meaning the lid and frame now falls down into the shaft. Rendering has also broken away inside the drain exposing brickwork.
Builder wants £170 including materials to fix and I'm supplying the drainhole cover (£23 5T Steel)
Sound fair?
