Virus blocking PC

Hi,

I've got a virus....it brings up system tools then runs a fake security scan etc...

I have tried to download all the tools on 1st page but i am unable to it.... I cannot get a print out either

Any other suggestions i could try

Thanks...I went there and have just changed the proxy settings but it then freezes so cannot get to the Kill link bit (:o)

Try this

Download Hitman Pro

Hold down left control key when starting programme.

you need to get rkill from somewhere

have you tried hitting F8 as the PC boots and choosing "Safe Mode with Networking" and then attempting the download

otherwise download Rkill ( all the variants) on someone elses PC and put on a CD or USB drive

I ran malware in safe mode, and have just ran hitman in normal and it's gone now :T.

Off to find a free anti-virus :cool:
