Is anyone else waiting for HSBC to transfer their payments from another bank to qualify for the £75 incentive?

So far: I applied for the account on 27 December. I handed the 'transfer my accounts' form to a local branch on 4 February. The offer leaflet says they will "complete transfers of direct debits and standing orders within 30 days" of this happening. 30 days have now passed and they haven't.

Do I

i) take it up with them now, OR

ii) just wait until 3 months after the above date, when they say they will pay the incentive anyway.

I have arranged for a regular payment to the account and it gets at least £500 credited per month as per normal terms of use. In particular, I have complied with the switching request as per sale terms - so if they don't 'want' to switch my account and just pay the incentive, fine.
