Do i need to send all items back

I have a paypal dispute with a online store and i have just received a email saying After careful review, we have determined that you are eligible for a refund. To qualify for this refund, please send the items whose claims were granted back to the seller in their original condition and keep your tracking information. You are responsible for postage and packing costs.
Now i bought 5 items but the main item was faulty so it was all packed up as the company was going to pick it up but they never did. So as paypal is showing the amount for all the items i bought i was wondering what i need to do about the 4 other items as these have been given as presents so i cannot ask for them back. Now i didn't ask for a refund in the dispute as i just wanted a replacement.
