Got a Samsung D600 on an 18 month contract in April, so ive had it 6 months and the vibrate isnt working.
Took it to Carphone warehouse and they said they would send it back to Samsung and to allow upto 3 weeks.
They wouldnt lend me a loan phone i havent taken it in yet as i wondered how it works that i have 12 months left on my contract and i wont have my fone, that i bought on contract for upto three months?

anyone any advise on this before i take it in?
yes i understand that i have to give them the chance to repair it but surely they should issue me with a phone??

Not much help to you now I know but I'd never buy from CPW, thats my only advice. They are absolutely terrible and I have vowed never to ever buy from them. I'm not sure if you are entitled to a loan phone or not, I guess you might want to think about whether it's worth it for the vibrate as Ive known phones develop loads more problems after they have been 'repaired'

you are not entitled to a loan fone. we (not cpw) give our customers a loan phone but we do not have to. you are not renting that phone from your network you are renting the line with the mins and texts on it. sorry but cpw aren't very good on their customer service and they're repairs always take ages.
