still connection problem computer/mp3 player

in Techie Stuff
hi again still trying to download music from computer to mp3 player, but when connected does not bring anything up? makes the chime thats connected but nada pls help:o

If you click on my computer in the start menu does the MP3 player appear as a drive?That gum you like is coming back in style.0

It would help if you told us the make and model of the mp3 player and which version of windows (or other operating system) you are using.

device manager had it as mtp thanks0

Change it from MTP mode to MSC mode. It should then appear as a removable storage device and you can just drag and drop music files/folders onto it.0
