Mbna card. How long until first payment is due?

I've done a balance transfer on to an mbna card. The transfer was only just completed today. How long will it be until I get my first bill from them. At the moment on my online account it's says minimum payment due 0.00 and doesnt give a date for a payment yet

Any help is Great as the last thing I want to do is my first payment

I take it you meant to say that you do not want to MISS your first payment.

2 things - both your paper statement and online will state how much your minimum payment will be and when due - give it time.

First statement production is one calendar month after account opening...that's the date they receive your signed credit agreement (which may be the date you applied if that was online and no further checks were required).

The first payment will be due 2-3 weeks after that.

If you want EXACT dates though, ring them and ask.

Be careful with MBNA, their website takes ages to take a payment.

To avoid tears before bedtime I suggest you set up a direct debit for the min amount. Will save us all pain later!
