Travel insurance for owners of 2nd homes in EU

We have a second home in Sweden and are looking for low cost annual multitrip travel insurance for up to 90 days per trip. We don't need extensive cover for travel delays/cancellation or baggage as we only take carry on baggage & travel cheaply with Ryanair & train. We have Swedish property insurance & car insurance with breakdown for our Swedish car. As Sweden is in the EU we believe we probably only really need insurance to cover serious accident or illness requiring private treatment or repatriation. Have trawled the internet for something that would suit but can't find anything obvious although there must be many people in a similar situation?
