Help! One of the wheels fell off my Quinny Zapp!

One of the rear wheels has fallen off my quinny zapp. I have no instructions for it as it was gifted to me on freecycle. I have tried everything I can think of and still it won't stay on. Apparently this is a common problem, so I'm hoping someone can tell me how to fix this please.

Ring the manufacturers helpline, they are usually really helpful. Just don't say it's secondhand xx0

Thanks. That's a good idea. My dh has done something to our pc and disabled adobe or something. I have managed to find instructions, but every time I try to scroll down to the relevant page, it says it's not a supported document or similar, and turns the programme off!!!! Been driving me nuts for hours now.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These

I went on their site but couldn't get any instructions. I have emailed them, so will wait to see if I get any reply.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These

Hi, try ringing customer services at Dorel Uk (Bury St Edmunds) they import all the Quinny's into the country and they are very helpful. Just don't tell them it's second hand.Slightly bitter0

i had this problem with mine, there is a release clip to take the wheels off. get a fork and make sure the clip isn't stuck to the release position. stick the whee; back on and it should click back into place.0

Thank you. Quinny were very good and sent me detailed and picture instructions to put the wheel back on. It is on now, but a bit wobbly. I will try using it today, but am not hopeful. There were bits of metal like washer-type things which were all buckled and broken. I think maybe if I can slot something similar on to the axle, it may be more stable.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These
