Confused by new tax codes.

Hi,
I have just received 2 letters dated the same day from the tax office. I currently work part time. I was working in the public sector which has recently been outsourced to a private company.
I started back at work in June 2010 and have been on 647L tax code since. One letter I have says my code will be 337L from 6-4-11 to 5-4-12 and the other says my code will be 410T for the same period. They will also let an employer know that my new codes-who I haven't worked with since 2000. I have informed them before I am no longer employed by them, they are aware as they have my new employer on the letters.
Any help is appreciated.

It sounds like the HMRC think you have two jobs and have split your personal allowance between the two employers - The basic personal allowance for 2011/12 is 7475.
You need to contact the HMRC and tell them you only have one job and update your details.
