    what office are you working in Lisa , Cause you are breaking the law . Yes bank details etc... are being taken over the phone . BUT COA IS NOT LAW !!! it has not been brought in by the government . Trust me on this . I would advise your managers to get in contact with the powers that be to confirm it . As for PILOTS , there only was one . The original we devised and rolled out nationwide . So everyone should be working from the same Hymm Sheet . It will be intersting to find out what manager has implemented this incorrectly . Hmmmmmm
  • well im not going to get into this argument, no one else is going to be interested in this either, we are working to the SOM in my district,no LAW is being broken.

    Instead of arguing, you two should read the EMP.
    You're on very dodgy ground by stating where you work as any mis-advice you might give could be considered accurate by the recipient.
    This could lead you to a disrepute charge. Especially with 20,000 of the 30,000 jobs still be face the axe.
    safer to keep shtumm about where you work.
