I recently had a long unsolicited call on my mobile about debt reduction. The company said I was owed thousands of pounds, and after some time, I was asked, then pushed for an upfront fee of £178.99, ( this was a reduction on the first figure they asked for) for the paperwork to be sent to me. The consutant said it was to retain the lawyers, who would start immediatly on my claims. I was given a Google address CRM16588. Tracked phone no to Lifestyle Claims/ Client connection. Has anyone else had unsolicited calls from them? I felt pressured, to take this offer as I am trying to sort debts. Does anyone have information on how successfull they are? Also does anyone have information on hidden fees, and banks/ lenders being given judgements against them for charging hidden fees?
Thanks Uhurakate

Stay well away. If you do have debt problems, you're much better off using CCCS or Payplan - charities who will help you sort them out for free. No fees.0
