My husband has a Blue Badge and doesn't claim DLA/AA, although he would be eligible. He had to have a medical at the hospital before getting it.0

Not sure about this one - often if you don't meet the criteria from HRM they state they will contact your GP but often don't. Can you clarify OP?0 -
This is all good and new info' for me, I obviously was wrong in thinking you needed higher rate DLA or mobility allownce to qualify.
Though wouldn't it be nice for the jobsworth civil servants to actually listen to GP's opinions sometimes?0
