firstly the dongle gets rejected by the laptop, i must re-install it every single time i use the internet.
my wireless works fine, i use the dongle when i'm in my shop.
secondly, when im watching movies online i have to install add ons before every movie?
i done a hijack this log and malware log plus ran a AVG check and alienrik gave the laptop the "all clear" what can this be?

If you are watching movies on dodgy online site, you should never install any plugins or programs it asks you to. Chances are your computer is completely riddled with malware. Post your MBAM and Hijack This logs again.poppy100
