Quick question.

I am in an IVA. Am I stuck with my current telecoms/tv/broadand supplier for the next 5 years?

nope!

you being in an IVA should have no bearing on it!

They might do a credit search -- but what they'll do with it is anybody's guess.

Thanks for the info. It was something I was wondering about for when it is time for renewal.

I get all mine in a bundle from SKY. Am happy with the service, so will be staying --- as it rolls over from year to year they don't even check (will resist upgrading --- couldn't afford to anyway ! ). Really not much point changing to save money, as the savings will just get absorbed in the IVA, and I might end up with worse service !!! (Better the devil you know in this case).

I think your right. Im with Virgin and they have a new thing coming out called TiVo. Bit pricey to start, but so was Sky+ when it first came out.

I always wondered this and I daren't try to swap just in case they do a credit check - figured it was prob safer to stay with my current providers!!!
