Email Addy - Next CEO

Hi

Hoping someone on here can help me in my plight to find an email address for the CEO at Next or someone of similar importance. I have emailed their normal complaints advisors and they just dont seem to be bothered on actually fixing the problem, which they said would take a few days, that being a week and a half ago and still no credit!!!

Thanks

A lot of them are totally wrong or just made up.

OP have you tried phoning them and actually speaking to someone it'll pprobably do far more good than a so called ceo email that if it does go through will just be going to customer services like your other ones. People are kidding themselves if they actually think the CEO reads them.

I wrote to the CEO at O2 in Slough to complain about their customer service and got a phone call from a guy that worked in his office. He was nice and polite, listened to my problem and sorted it out there and then on the phone.

    A letter works wonders sometimes.

Its pretty easy to work out the email addresses of most CEOs or VPs of "most" companies just by having a look around their website and seeing how they use email. So i might be firstnamelastname or initlasurname or firstname.surname etc. Or just try all three!

Companies are getting wise to this and some, like Carphone Warehouse have a unique email for Charles Dunstone but if you used the same naming convention you would go to a special team that actually gave a toss and would responsed.

Call it marketing call it escalations at the end of the day you dont care what it is as long as your problem is resolved and if its a special exec team that does it, triffic.
