Yes, but does that include 'hire and reward'?
ML.
Not sure, but from what I have seen, it doesn't necessarily exclude it. Thinking about it logically, if they warranty the car for unlimited mileage in the first two years, they can pretty much expect to get a few mini cabs claiming on the warrantyThe greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0 -
I did a bit of 'googling' and I think most manufacturers exclude 'hire and reward'. The one I found that did cover private hire was Ssanyong.

Oddly enough I have just googled the same and couldn't find any clauses in Ford, Citroen, Renault, Volkswagen, Nissan or Vauxhall warranties that said they exclude vehicles used for hire and reward. Which ones did you look at?The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0

I think the ones I found were extended warranties. But I still think that 20,000 miles since the op bought the car 2-3 months ago is a lot of mileage, especially when we don't know the original mileage or service history or even the make of car.
The op did mention a local BMW specialist that had had a look at the car so it could be a BMW.
