Confused Ebay Buyer Here....

Hi, sorry ill try to keep this short.

I won an item on 24/02/11 and sent a PO to the seller on 25/02/11

Allo good i thought, especially as the seller emailed me on 02/03/11 saying 'We hope you enjoy your purchase. Your payment has been received for the following item:'

And got an email straight after saying my item had been shipped.

Now however the seller has just open a NPB dispute? I am very confused!

Email seller and explain that you have paid and received an acknowledgment of your payment.

So very few people pay by anything other than paypal that it might simply be that seller automatically opens a dispute on all transactions that show as unpaid in her sold columns.

I assume you kept the PO receipt so if all else fails you can at least cancel the PO .

You may also want to look into using paypal as well, that way at least you get some buyer protection, with a PO you are always dependent on the seller being OK and although most are, one day you may well meet a scammer.

I usually do pay for goods via paypal, its just that i had to re add and confirm my bank account so could not use it as a payment method for this transaction, i was trying to pay in the quickest time possible and as they are a business i assumed they would be ok.
I have just emailed the seller and fingers crossed they get back to me quickly. And with regards to the receipt....hmmmm, i may need to go on a search! :(

If they are a business then you may well find that they are using software that automatically opens disputes for them, and they have just missed the fact that you paid.
