Stay away from firms such as these.
Firms like these are scamsters as far as I am concerned.
Do it yourself, you will do it better, be better off and it is far more satisfying.
What are you looking to claim for?0 -

So are all the firms that have ripped people off and/or failed. To give you an idea of the quality of MoJ regulation, you could send in a form to be authorised by them and in a couple of weeks you could be trading as a claims company. No qualifications, no experience, no knowledge required. It is not a benchmark for quality. Just a piece of paper that allows them to trade.would take alot of hassle out of claiming
Not really. As companies need the same information whether you supply it to the claims company or direct to the complaints part of the firm. Plus, many claims companies are blacklisted by firms and they will go out of their way to reject complaints from those people whereas a personalised complaint from you will be viewed more sympathetically.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Their website is a joke - no terms and conditions, no indication whatsoever of their fees in the event of a a win - stay well away.0

Really can't stand these firms - just bear the following points in mind:
1. If you're trying to claim back bank charges there has been virtually no success with these since the court case unless you are claiming on grounds of financial hardship - in which case check the link at the top and you don't need a claim company for it.
2. If you're trying to claim back credit card charges then it's a very straightforward process - there is a step-by-step guide in the sticky at the top - a lot of these claim companies use the exact same letter templates as the ones on this site so what are you actually paying them for, a stamp??
3. Although they may say no win no fee (and a lot will add in upfront fees if you actually go ahead with them) then bear in mind that if you are successful then any money claimed back will first come off any arrears you still have with the bank. However the claims company are still going to want paying so if this is the case you may find yourself having to pay out of your own pocket.0
