I went for Charlie too, then thought it might be Holly after all because of the dummy as she has no alibi apart from babysitting Josh, but she doesn't look like her feet are that big. Gary claimed he did stretches on the back of the car during his workout to explain his fingerprints away - I didn't spot a gap in Claire and Gary's pics at 10.10 but there was an hour's gap in Charlie's. Didn't get a confirmation email though when I submitted mine.

I'm thinking Gary too now, and as a beside the point is the actress who plays Clare Turle the same one who was Carly Wicks (Shirley's daughter) in Eastenders a couple of years ago, different hair but her face is very familiar............sorry it was just bugging me last night

In the pictures on Gary's phone there seems to be a change around 10.15'ish. The clothes look different (hmmm perhaps there could be a genuine reason for that lol;)) but also the background seems to change.

Has anyone else noticed?

The witness heard the splash at 10.10 gary was in photos at 10.09 and 10.11 surely this wouldnt give him enough time?..i was thinking it was Holly as she has the baby..which would explain the dummy and lipstick however the heels and cuff link threw me...and..i have no idea who the dog lead belongs to. LOL. This is kind of fun but brain aching.


Actually totally ignore the holly thing i see she was at home at 10.10 doh!

It is very easy to alter the time stamps on digital pics

You could take the pics at any time of day and alter the time showing. In the first of Gary's pics it looks like daylight but the last few definitely appear to have used flash

it is charlie because if u look at this pic from 9.28 he has a cufflink on then from 10.35 on wards that cufflink has dissapeared, good luck everyone x
