dog weed on my bed - how to clean it?

My 6.5 month old Dogue de Bordeaux weed on our bed yesterday when we were out for 1 hour. Don't understand why he did it as he is completely housetrained and had been to the park for a long walk beforehand. Anyway we never discovered it until late last night by which time it had soaked right through to our mattress. I have scrubbed and scrubbed it but can still smell urine this morning so need to do it all again. Was just wondering if anyone could recommend any suitable cleaning products. If i cant get smell out then will need to buy a new one (it is only 3 months old king miracoil mattress one so I'm really upset!) thanks

i appreciate you posted a while ago, but for future ref or even if you still have a smell lingering there is a product called urine off, its brilliant, i have the cat version and recently the puppy version and no smells.
