Problems with the My Ebay page.

Hi guys, I originally posted this in the ebay thread but will ask here if you don't mind. My 'My Ebay' page is not loading correctly. There are red triangle warnings stating that I have not selceted an item dotted around the page. I can't contact my buyers, I can click on the link to do this but then nothing happens. I can't leave feedback either but I believe this is still a known glitch. I can click on the positive icon but then I do not get a box to type any text in.

I am aware that there is a virus doing the rounds but I don't recall getting any of the pop up messages that have been widely reported. I am not techy at all so bear with me. I am on XP and use IE as my browser. I run NOD32 antivirus which updates daily, ran a check yesterday and it found nothing.

How do I know if I have a virus or is it a problem with Ebay as I can see from their community chat that a lot of people have similar issues. Is there anything I can do to rectify the issues with Ebay as I have live sales that I need to manage.

Have you tried another browser? If it's fine on a different browser it points to that being the problem.

Well I called in the heavies (my Dad) and we downloaded Firefox as my new browser and it all works perfectly now. Hope everyone else gets there's resolved too. :j
