Yes you can pay in one go, as with car insurance, or any other insurance

I have just bought home insurance through AA , insured with legal and general . I paid in a one off annual payment so yes , it can be done.
I didnt telephone to take out the insurance though. It was all done online . If you are worrried about mistakes being made just double check every detail you are in-putting into the website and then carefully read your policy documents as soon as you receive them .
If there are any errors telephone the insurance company and have them corrected immediately.
I buy all of my insurances online and have done for the past 8/9 years , I have never had any problems. The loopy one has gone :j0 -
Yup, just re-did mine -interestingly it was on the back of my existing insurer calling me back with the 'renewal' sales !!!!!.
Did my usual rebuff saying something vague about needing to get on a comparison site and shop around and they instantly dropped the quote 25% putting it within a few pounds of what moneysupermarket was reporting as the best quote they could get for me.
Paid in full for the year when they called back.0
